Hello, I´m having an issue with 3 GE RAB2-5L Probes, when I plug them in I get the message "PROBE WITH PROBE-ID A1 NOT SUPPORTED. ON RIGHT PROBE CONNECTOR (C)."
I found out that it can be fixed by reprogramming the EEPROM in the probe, does anybody know that if it can be fixed by getting an EEPROM burner and clone it from a good working probe?
There was a problem with the programming of RAB2-5 probes made in the early production of Voluson E8 systems that causes it to not be recognized on a Logiq E9. That problem can be fixed by reprogramming an EEPROM in the probe. If that is the problem you have, we can reprogram them for you.
