Also when I tried going back to tube heater calibration it gave me Out of Order.
How do we be able to access again or reset the tube tilt page?
On error log, DMR error codes are 05701 and 16110.
It sounds like you lost communication or calibration from the generator. I would check all serial cables and connectors going to the generator after I shut down the generator first. I would re-load my cal files from the floppy second. Then I will Proceed to the solutions below if reloading cal files didn't help.
I personally saw one of the generator connectors was a few millimeters out, pushed it in and tightened screws and everything start to work again.
For Error 04: If the problem occurs during boot,check optical fiber between Gantry interface board and
generator, also can bus. If the problem occurs when requesting an exposure, check the Bucky.
For the tube housing angulation Error: Try to re-calibrate using Job Card IST 029.
Did checked all cable and connectors all seems ok. Unfortunately no floppy diskettes on site or any backup, customer just bought a new Desktop so no backup files on it.

I need to obtain a new Software Key for a Seno 2000D that apparently has an expired Software Protection Key. Following the log in, and as the application software begins to load - the following message is displayed: Invalid software key for AWS Station. We checked and verified with the command: install.key that the default key is the same key that is written into the installation worksheet. This same security key code also appears on a label attached to the Sun Blade 150 computer. The computer was just replaced to resolve a previous issue on boot up, which stopped the auto-boot process at the very beginning, and displayed the message: IDPROM contents are invalid. The replacement Sun Blade 150 computer resolved this issue, allowing the computer to boot to the log in screen (the original unit's two hard drives were installed into the identical replacement Sun computer). The unit accepts the log in info and then starts loading the application screen, only for it to be interrupted with the message about the invalid security key.
