Hi,
Please check the gantry right side cover switches located on the lower right side of the gantry cover then slide the service plate and tighten the wing nut. If is is ok check whether the CTVRC module (anode rotation is working), if this is ok then check the filament board error leds. then check the HV inverter module. The 550v contactor will switch on only if there are no errors in the XG section and the console and the cover switches are closed. The system saftey circiut is connected with a series of switches starts from PDU goes to console then it goes through the right gantry cover switch, then passes through the slip rings then if XG is ready it returns again through the slip rings and reaches the PDU. So check this loop.

Dear Friends,
Please help me to figure out a problem with CT Scanner ,

XG ERROR: SYSTEM SAFETY LOOP OPEN
XG STATE: STANDBY
slip ring,presure sensor,temperature sensor,all 3 sensors and connections checked ,
on the rotor board : tube1 led on,550v fault

i think you should check the POWER SUPPLY OF 550v, it's easy to resolve.
