I have a problem in a Sytec SYNERGY CT, the errors : Low current error (28007)and Unbalance error (28006) , appears when trying to warmup (Preparation acting , before the ready to scan)
Can anybody help ?
Thank's in advance.
Hi, both are xg error and point to a problem at HV tank or Tube.Check filament of tube. Check tube fil current by an external load ( if it is ok HV tank is ok). Use stationary scan and lock pin!!!

it is the Tube housing problem. check the rotor coils resistance, both must be 23 Ohm. raplace the Tube

It looks like a tube problem. Change the tube. If that does not solve the problem then you might have to change the HV tank too.

Check the tube rotor.
Maybe could be repaired.
Good luck
