Hello all. I have a problem with transducer M5SC-D on GE S70 ultrasound. Image quailty is not so good. I contacted two suppliers, I have sent them image example and they both said that the problem is in weak crystals. It's strange because transduces is only 4 years old. They both said that repair is too expensive and the new one is bette option. Can someone check image from the link to see is it really weak crystals problem? The same picture was sent to them. Thank you in advance.

air bubble below surface ; dirty at the connection; crystals poor or broken; mesh of hearth (copper) defective .

SECOND INSPECT THE SURFACE AND THE CABLE
THREE CHANGE THE SURFACE
FOUR BUY ANOTHER TRANSDUCER
