I have a problem with this VCT doing queries from the work station, Dicom ping and regular ping works but when you try to query the VCT you don’t get any response. A load from cold solves this problem for about 3 to 4 days, but then the problem comes back. I have replace HD and memories on this VCT, all other functions work including pushing the images to the work station. Any ideas? This problem is going to drive me crazy. Thanks.

Have you tried a direct cable connection from the workstation to the VCT? . May be another IP or port in the LAN has the same IP ?

yes I did, I try cable connection to the Work station with the switch and then with direct croosover cable computer to computer and is the same.
