GE Vivid 7 does not start up

Hi All,
Ge Vivid 7 does not start up. When I switch it on the yellow light on the power button appears for a few seconds and then goes off.
Equipment has not used for one year. Before that it was ok. What could be a problem?

One specialist checked BEP and said that it is ok. Is there any other possible causes?

Check BEP a.c. input voltage and also check a.c. d c distributor box

There is a purple wire at the BEP that supplies 5Vdc to the power switch for the amber light. If you do not have 5Vdc at this wire then your power supply is bad.
