Hi Tatiana, You can used only 3S-RS, 8L-RS, 4C-RS and i12L-RS probes with Vivid e, not TEE probe!

If your GE Vivid e is R6.x.x, then system supports 6Tc-RS (TEE) probe. Lower release version not supports TEE probe.
