Sounds like either the LCD screen itself went bad or the invertor. Make sure your software has no errors and everything else works properly, I have seen software cause screen errors on a logiq 5 pro.

Hi!
please can you help me with one problem? :-)
GE Vivid E9, the little LCD isn't working at all (completely black), but the touchscreen does work.
If anyone had a problem like this...?
Could be the LCD, the inveter board, other ...
