Hi everybody,
I have this Vivid 7,when we tried to format a CD it will give an error," system not responding"
So i replace the CD drive and it started to formatt, copy and read normally.
The customer told me they use to burn CD selecting "pure DICOM CD-RW" option and read the images on a normal PC so they were giving them to the patients. Now when they burn a CD it only can be read if they have DICOM viewer installed.
Is there any patch or something thata install a dicom viewer on the Cd on the burning process?
If I use the MEPEGVue option, when I tell the system to eject the CD, then it will give an error "fail to finalize media".
Can anybody tell me what can I do to have the Cd burned so they can be review on any PC?
Thanks.
check what kind of CD are you using, CD-R or CD+R, if you want to burn images on a CD and see these on a computer, you need to do it on JPEG format, there is way to do it, read the manual, there you will find it.
Hello, Reinaldo. It seems you have a corrupted app SW. I'd tried to re-install the GHOST (Base SW) followed by the main app SW. Remember to take note of all network and printer connections. Also, save the equipment presets, first. MPEGVue it's a nice and easy tool readable in any computer. It is the best among other format options. System creates an auto-run disc similar to an Internet Explorer environment. Hope this helps, God Bless.
Hi Marcelo,In the manual says before u can use MEPGVue have to be configure on the dataflow for Ezport/import Misc.but in this system when I go to the dataflow that option is not displayed.Do you know where should i go to configure MEPGVue in this case?Is MPEGVue just for clips or also works on still images?
Thanks,
Rey
Hi, Rey! Check if the equipment has this feature (MPEGVue) installed. Go to (Config), press and surf on its tabs and see if it is installed, according to its enabling key string. In my opinion, the easiest way to save JPG images is to format a CD and afterwards, go to examination screen, select a stored image or make a new one. On the frozen image, press the button besides the trackball. A pop-up menu will appear and suggest you to "save as", a normal Windows feature. Hope this is useful, God Bless. MAC.
Hi Marcelo, that's what I think, Iwill check it on the system options,I guess it does since it appear on the export dropdown menu, but I have to double check.
Thanks!!
