GE VMX error 431, 430

Hello there..
Could anyone help please.
I got error 431 in VMX machine. I turned off and on many times, it is still the same.
Error description: after turning on, it shows error 430 for few seconds then it changes to error 431. I found CPU battery is almost dead, I replaced with new one. I checked hand-switch it is ok, error is still there even if I removed the hand-switch. I checked the voltage across the F1- F2 in the convertor bored, it shows about 300DCV once turning on then during the test of powering up it drops to about 10 to 15DCV as that time the error 431 shows up.
after resetting sometimes it shows error 430 and sometimes 431 or 432.
Any help please.

430 Capacitors no loading
"This code signals that the capacitor voltage is less than 690V It is displayed either at power-on, after 2 minutes (maximum time for capacitor loading), or dunng prepmaon
431 Alim K2 OFF
This code is displayed to signal that a second complete load of the capacitors is mhibited dunng the same power-on sequence, or to signal that the capacitor tank voltage has not attained 80V Turn the unit OFF and ON to reset
432 Alm K2 time out
Tha code is generated 15s after power-on if the voltage across the capacltor unit is more than 80V
