Greetings, can you help me please, I have a voluson 730 expert and when we connect the transducer the following message appears: cannot read a valid probe id (78) from middle probe connector (8), we believe it is software, someone can help me, these are the data of the equipment:

The problem is most probably in the probe, if the Voluson can "see" another probe. In this case you need to reprogram your probe and this is something that can be done only by some body who knows how to do it. Regards

i do not think its a software issue
Disconnect and reconnect the probe
if the issue still remains try another port
could be a connector issue
