I'm having the following problem, The problem I'm having is when i get when I boot the scanner up the main screen has the "timer symbol", and the touch screen is blank, I then turn in off, wait a few seconds and turn it on again and it works fine.
I was told to reinstall the software that should fix the problem.
devices do not work at all. could you give information about the software version. write on the back of the device is required. check. After learning how to install the version you please direct me.
