GE Voluson 730 Pro Application Error

Dear Colleagues Our Voluson 730 Pro maschine produces an error when we are trying to switch the 4D. The error is: The instruction at "0x2205650d" referenced memory at "0x00000004".The memory could not be "read". Have anybody meet such error yet? Thanks Best regards

Hi, Dvez! I'd inspect the PC for proper memory combs attachment, maybe, reattaching the processor, too. Or, that could be a SW issue, and reinstalling it all over could solve it. Anyway, an overall GEF box inspection, removing all the boards for a deep cleaning, might be a good idea. Hope these help, take care, God bless. MAC.
