GE Voluson 730 PRO error BT_Interface

Hi, I have a problem with a GE Voluson 730 PRO BT03, everytime I turned ON shows a message "BF_Interface FAULT" have you ever seen this before? I also noticed the "S/N" and the "Hardware ID" are not present, do you have any ide what can I do? let me know please, thanks

Perform a beamformer test to see if is defective,
However my guess is that it was replace a board in the system and you need to reprogram S/N. This is done with help from GE OLC.

how can i contact ge olc, i have a similiar problem the systems options dont activate, and i put the key that comes whith the machine, how can i get them activated
