GE Voluson E6 have problem

Dear
I have problem with my Voluson E6. When I turn on my machine, software initial and have error message:
Error: Hardware error on RST
RST(M3) : Failed
RST(M10): Failed
RST(M2): Failed
RST(M9): Failed
RST(M1):Failed
.............
I think some RST board have problem but when I swap some board, error not changed
Who can tell to me how to fix it
