Hello friend.
I am miguel from peru.
I need help with voluson E6.
Do you have service manual?
I had problems with the database and proceeded to reload the software.
1. The reader did not read the disc.
2. Did not answer the keyboard to enter the bios.
3. I had to burn the software in a bootable usb and place an external keyboard.
4. after recharging the software, the control panel does not respond or turn on touch.
They informed me that before failing the database they had problems with the control panel.
