GE XR/d Lightning table detector drive & Table SID Calibration

Table CAM Motion Drive LED is Red, table detector won't "Home". Have replaced the CAM Motion Drive 3 times, replaced the table IF Board, the Table Logic Control board, and Table IO board. We are not sure of the DIP Switch setting for any of these items as someone else replaced some of these items. Need help with these switch settings. Assuming the present DIP Switch setting are correct, where else should we look to bring the CAM Motion Control on line?

Regarding DIP Switches, if you have the settings for the other boards we would like to compare to insure they are set correctly.

Also, having problems getting the table SID calibration completed. We understand that the CAM needs to be operational before the Table SID can be calibrated. This issue was existent before the CAM Motion Drive crashed. We were successful in calibrating the SID for the Chest Stand.

When looking at the part number for some of these boards there are two part numbers, why?
