I've swapped both the batteries (from another system that intermitantly shuts down during use so they don't trust it and it'll be replaced in a month or so) and the charger board, individually and as a set and I still get the same problem. Either "charger failed" that toggles or "Charger falied, power off -wait 5 secnds". I don't get the 18th arrow. Battery voltages (Both sets) are 102 individually and 205 combined, unloaded. The charger LEDs are at 220 or 230 volts but the mA LEDs are either at the low end or blank (depending on the error displayed). I've checked the three fuses and they'er O.K. CB underneath the unit is "on".
Could the signals from the "X-ray Controler PCB" be caousing this, four leads on P2 connector?
I have a new set of batteries coming in this morning. staate.hayward@sodexo.com
Error codes point to the batteries (boost for thick patients or Rad exposures), that they are weak. They do seem to be good though. I've swapped batteries and charger board to no avail. I've tried a new set of batteries and still have the same probelm.
Since I'm not getting the 18th arrow, it could be the Inv_ B_Sen signal from generator control; Filament Driver or Generator Driver boards. Could the tube have blown the filament????
The Carm thinks that the charge voltage is less than 225 VdC and the charger output current is too low.Check the technique processor 200V SNS(P2 pin 41) signal or CHRGI(P2 pin 42) signal.
Finally found a relay in the capacitor module that was missing a "C"-clip that retains a spring. The contacts couldn't close properly and that caused the Fault.
Lightly used system available direct from the end user customer. MONARCH QUEST

A full set of batteries will have a charge of 192 VDC, How many arrows do you see?

I'm not getting the 18th arrow. 19th arrow shows up then it completes the boot up but goes directly to toggling the Charge Fault message.
