I went to investigate error 1 trouble on Genoray zen 3090 unit. The customer told me the xray tube replaced and error disappeared. After the device worked properly for a couple of days same error appeared. The reason why I have no service manual, I did not know what I have to check.
Is the cause of the problem xray tube once again? or Zen Driver Board behind the xray tube? or both?
