hdi 3000 bootup error

I have a HDI 3000 that gives me an error that says system CPU MOPreported configration error during bootup 1202-861c-0d1f-4d616368
Any help? I just swapped out CPU boards. It wouldn't boot up before that and now after I put the replacement CPU board in I get that error message

Did you remove the option chip from the old CPU and put it into the new one?

nope, is that on the CPU board? I have only been working on US systems for about a year so not familiar with these older machines.

There is a chip, looks like a large battery on the CPU, that is your options chip remove it from the old CPU and put it into the new CPU..
