We are in Madagascar and we have a HDI 3000 Ultrasound.
During the start sequence the screen remains blank for 3h same time. No display, the system does not start. Keyboard Leds are on. The LEDs of the PS3 MPS card (DS1, DS2, DS3, DS4, DS5 and DS6) shines successively one after another and LED blinks when passing DS4.
Below the steps that we have already made:
- Starting with the disk backup: the system 'boot up' with the error message [System diagnosis Alert. A system diagnostic error was detected. Please note the following information and contact the technical service of ATL. "SYSTEM MOP reported about CPU configuration error during Bootup" (1202 - 8501 - 2101 - 7FFFFFFF) PCMFlashSftw.Conflglnvalid]
- Start with the minimum configuration of cards (cards without PSP1, PSP2, FEC, ASMI, SSP, ADAPTR, and AIFOM PCBs): The problem remains the same (starting impossible even with pending 1h)
- Changing the PIM card (A2B), PCM (A3B) and AIFOM (A13B): The problem remains the same (starting impossible even with pending 1h)

Do you have a process of applying to correct this problem.
I saw the battery Dallas, it is 0V. Can I put a battery Panasonic CR2032 3V instead because there is not that kind of battery in Madagascar.
After changing the battery, what should I do?

You have to know exactly where to put the cr2032 battery and you also have to disconnect the battery inside the dallas so that you will not have any problems.If you can do that do it and then open the machine you will have a black screen or grey again,let the machine in that screen for at least 15 minutes because it initializes the boards but you can not see it without the pc connected to the machine,then close it and open it again.Good luck.
you first step is ok, what you need to do after the system boots with that error is go to configuration and save installed as expected, then reboot; because is possible that the back up was made with different pcb inside.
if the system boots without errors then the HD is your problem.

Thank you for your reply. Could you give me the steps to follow to access the configuration menu because the error message is displayed on the screen. The key Super key + 6 does not give any effect.
For me it is already great thing if we can without error with the optical disc and can work.

You have to replace the battery in the cpu,is a dallas time keeping ram.
