I have a problem with the HDI 3000, the system boot, but no appears image on monitor, the system is hang mode and not working. I check the power supplys but the system is not working.
Do you have UpLink 3.1.6 diagnostic programm via COM-port? Check the monitor too! The system should have 3.5" MO backup disk! Put it in system than turn it ON! System should boot from backup MO instead from HDD! Be patient:it is more slow than HDD.I have manual for HDI5000 but will try to get HDI3000. I have 5 years experience with HDI5000(same platform).Can you send me what you can see on screen while system boots, serial number, SW release by email: aleks.polaris@gmail.com to help you more! Same color vertical stripes when start up normally without MOD??? Be sure you have correct backup! Open front cover and measure all voltages on PSM very carefully not to short them (too close pins) but I dont remember exactly that +3.3V not connected and allways 0.Uplink SW is easy to send to you and install to PC but you should send the 8 digit code (key) to PMS helpdesk to ask 8 digit responce which allows to start Uplink SW! They provide it only for PMS engineers. I had similar problem with chart (color stripes) on screen. It was bad PSM and FEC (front end controller board).PSM was not expensive about 2k.Better to invite PMS (or dealer) engineer to troubleshoot the system!

I put the MOD in system and powewr on, but the system is not working, appears in the monitor the chart adjusts, and freeze the system.
I dont have a manual, or software for communication.
