we have a hdi 4000 machine
the cpu board was broken
then we changed it,by the way software serial number changed.
now volume 3d probe is not working and 4d is not working
and other probes is working normaly(convex-linear)
i need the key code numbers or password for volume 3d probe.

Our boot file of HDI4000 is corrupt. It gives message on startup "Disk Boot Faliure. Insert System Disk and Press Enter". What should we do now. Should I put Windows 2000 CD in it and start the booting and reinstall i.e select with repair option.
Is there any special procedure of software loading.
Also do you have technical manual. How much will it cost.

I was triing to enter to windows part as the service manual say pressing shift+alt+F4 the the system ask for admin password , do you know which is it ?
