HDI 5000 Blue screen

Hello,
I have the ultrasound HDI 5000.
But in booting shown the next box dialog:
PCM ethernet addr: 00c0fb445566
PCM ip ADDR: 149.59.49.200
PCM PROM VERSION 0001.25
PCM PROM CRC F557
PCM BOOT: NOV 23 1994
I Try giving the reset PCM Board (Pixel Computer Module) but the error persists.
Anyone have any idea how to fix it?
Note: The CPU and PIM its ok.

Hi,
it is mayby a Problem from the Harddisk - you can normally start the Device from the Backup MO.When it
works the Harddisk is damage.
Or the Pixel Conversation Modul has a Problem.
Are you sure that the CPU is OK?

Yes the problem is de PCM Board (Pixel Convert Module) the board is replace and problem is fixed.
