Hi, I don't know how to proceed whit this error, I google it and I found this: Attempt to open an AP&I file for a scanhead failed. Either the file is corrupted or missing. What should I check or how can I fix it? Best Regards, Luis Vargas

First thing that I would do is run a backup and then reload SW. After that, if you still have issues check all your power supply voltages.
