Dear Friends
I have a problem with one HDI 5000 when turn ON I see in back of APM module and the 4 led only one is turn green and the other 3 in red, later appear in blue screen error 89, in the past day in cold time the system is turn on fine and now appear again this error 89 (to 25.6 degres), we delete this error and again appear when turn on.
I believe is a problem with the APM module with some component that overheat, but we not have the service manual of that module, some body fix this problem of overtemp in some component?

It happens to one of my HDI5000 machines (newer skin) and what I do usually is:
- reseat both cables on the back of the machine (that connect APM to the machine)
- reboot
Always the problem disappears but comes back after 2-3 months and I do the same thing again.
It's most likely a bad contact on those connctors not a heat related issue.
Sorry I'm not in front of the machine now but would give you more details on Monday if needed. Let me know If you know which two connectors I'm talking about.
Dear Friends thanks to all for your recommendation , we open the module, and disassemble the boards, return again to connect to motherboard and work fine , the problem is when transport the boards maybe disconnect and for that reason not work and appear the error 89

Remove APM. Remove Hard drive. Connect to another computer. Run CHKDSK on it. replace everything.

check the DVS, you have a connection problem or is not working and the system can't communicate with the DVS
