Need Help to diagnose HDI 5000 ultrasound.
This is the error message appear :" an error has been detected. pease record the following information and call ATL technician support"
"Diagnatic Number: 0017"
Also I need the Service manual.

Hi Issouf,
0017 bUtilStatus.c "Slot configuration error on boot up.
Review the previous error messages and the suspected slot and board will be identified. Either the configuration was read incorrectly which would be a board failure or the board was not seated correctly. Another possibility is that the data files that describe how the center plane is configured (brdList.xml, ctrP96.xml, sltP96.xml) are invalid or corrupt.
System reported upper and lower UIFâs not recognized. FSE swapped the PSM, Lower UIF, and the center plane. The center plane was found defective.

thank you for response. the first error was 0002 before he show 0017. physically cards are ok,we cleaned and replace correctly but this don't solve problem.
can you help with service manual. thanks

1. 0002 Error
bCommonFormat.c - FEC alert message - the front
end has stopped scanning because of some power monitor
problem. This could be a hardware problem with the
scanhead, the channel boards, the AIM, or the power
supplies, but this could also be a system software problem.
Please review FEC errors just prior to the event for
additional hints or board ID's.
2. You can get more information if you connect the laptop
to the second connector from the top of the CPU PCB using serial cable.
