Dear Colleagues,
We have a problem with Ultrasound HDI-5000 SonoCT.
It can not detect its scanheads (initialization takes very long time and ends with an error)
Working without scanheads it displays error messages with errors ## 0084 (the most frequently), 0089, 0019 and 0021 (sometimes).
What does it mean? What does the problem connect with?
Help us, please. We do need to solve the problem.

Alex,
0084 and 0089 point to problems with the DVS (computer). 0021 and 0019 are due to "task crash" and 0021 is sometimes associated with a loss of network connection. Check the ethernet connections and the power cable to the DVS.
