0089-No DVS bootup status. If other HDI functionality is working, either the HDI

did not bootup (failure in the DVS box).
0090-Problem communicating with the DVS box. Either the HDI had a problem
communicating with the DVS (failure in CPU, the ethernet cable, or the
system software), or DVS failed to communicated (failure in the DVS box).
Seen these a number of time. First just try reseating cables on back of 5000 and back of DVS. Seen problems with the connections and cables. Always try the easy stuff first.

I install cardiac presets from another machine to my and after that my machine dont identify scanheads. But presets are present. After booting machine give me error 0009 and write that I have scanhead problems
if we complety de attach the DVS,how we can disable this error?its mean we do not need the DVS and disable DVS permanently but when we de attach DVS it shows error 89,how we can remove this error.
the only way to remove the error is either replacing the DVS or when you remove it then changing the boot sequence on the system ,because is still looking for the module.

Yes, problems with the DVS. I usually pull the hard drives from the DVS and run CHKDSK on them and that takes care of the problem.

Hi, in my situation , I disconnect, clean and reconnect the boards inside the DVS module and work again fine.
