HDI 5000 Problem - ERROR Initialization

Hello friends,

I have a problem with a HDI 5000 - ATL. When I turn on the equipment on screen of the Initialization appear the message:
" Alert
An error has been detected
Please record the following information and call
ATL techinical support
Error: Feature_Config.Z err config"
Then, the message disappear and appear again after some seconds. Then, the message keep on screen and the equipment not fuction.

Anybody know What happen with the equipment?
Anybody can help me?

press the super key whit harmonic key
or super key whit ( - ) key
tray to the othet key's whit super key
than error screen will gone
if will machine start,you must enter the service menu from fix software.
