hello all
i have a problem with a HDI 5000 system
i run the diagnost in service mode and result varius errors
error: subsystem=feature-diags, Errno= 0x20001124 and 0x200011ca,0x20000102
when i finished the test reboot the system and the next time that the equipment turn on displayed the next:
ALERT
An Error has been detected
please record the following information and call ATL technical Supoport
date: 07/30/2013 time: 12:09:45
Diagnost number: 0017
and
System Error
there is a problem with the system.
Reselect a scanhead. ifthere is stiill a problem, call your service representative and report the error .

i dont have the service manual some body can help me to fix the problem?? in advance thanks

read incorrectly which would be a board failure or the board was not seated
correctly. Another possibility is that the data files that describe how the

But in my opinion first of all , you must check the power supply values, I think there something is wrong , then check the boards location using the label at the inner side of the plastic front and rear cover
