Sounds like you have lost the high voltage since both LEDs 6 and 7 should be on. ACIM LED 6 indicates power to HVDC after internal fuse F1 and ACIM LED 7 indicates +170VDC from rectifier to the MPS and APS. The HVDC is generated on the ACIM.
Note: LEDs 1 to 5 should scroll sequentially and LEDs 6 and 7 be steady on in normal operation.

i gest your problem is a power supply error.
this machine have 3 power boards:master,analog,dıjıtal
yo must control the master power LED's
it can be 5 volt digital power supply problem
if flashing led (5 volt dıgıtal power)on master power bord,
it can be 5 volt digital power supply problem
you don't need schematics of this board!
it is a DC/DC converter error probable(vicor) on the dijital power supply or other power supply.
you can change them.

At power on, leds in input power module lit in this order :5,4,3,2,1 then 4,3,2,1. Never 6 and 7 lit on. Then power down and 1,2 remain flashig.
Wath is the cause?

Leds 6 and 7 are ON ( vision error) always.
In master PS
At self power off,
SCIP ( DS1) flashing slow
Analog (DS2) and Digital (DS3) flashing fast.
Do you have schematics of this board?
