I have one problem with HDI4000 untrasould. The Image is blurred. I can not diagnose. I try to adjust TGC and somethings but imgage quality is not improve. Please help me fix this problem.

Is the probe surface lense in good condition? I mean if the probe is having a fungus growth surface (brown in color, it should be grey in color) the image will be blur no matter what you do with the image settings. I have the same problem. Do you resolve your prblem? I think that is the board DSC or PC but I need know the real damage.
