do you have unit mo disk?
back up disk!
when the machine turn off .plug the disk then turn on power.
if doesnt work change hard disk and tray again.
if you has not mo disk lokk the machine cover's in side. it must be.

I need the service manual for hdi 3500 or somebody help me.
My machine turns on but apper: LOAD FLASH PLEASE STAND BY. and
then apper:
feature-config.z err config
(0103-200011ce)
and then nothing more...frezze.
can you help me please
