HDI-5000 with error 0089 - need help

Dear Colleague, We have error number 0089 on Ultrasound HDI-5000 (Philips) after cleaning this dirtying System. Sometimes additionally we have errors number 0043 and 0019. Please, explain those errors. We need to eliminate errors. May be this errors is after-effects our cleaning? Thank you. Victor Mailto:medivit@fregat.com

Does the machine have a DVS or APM module ? check the cables between the module and the system .

BTW , if its a blue banner error you can clear it by holding " superkey" and pressing ( the 6th oval key from left to the right , right above the alpha keyboard , usually Frame rate or 3D )

Hi guys i am also geting the blue screen error no 0089, it works fine for some time, how ever after some time it gives the error, we hve to restsrt the system after that

hi i am having trouble with hdi 5000 unit.
i do not know how to disable the dvs box ..
each time you press patient name key , appear a message saying "dvs initializing" ,but nothing happen..
can somebody help..

error 89 is comunication between APM and system, check cables and transciever, error 0043 could be SPM or software so, run diagnostic and check results if you need more help contact me rey@allultrasoundservices.com
