I found it to gome from either of 2 places.
T/R pcb which mixes the incoming sigs from coil, or the connectors. They get dirty and worn out. I had to replace a individual pin on the bed that the head coil uses. The coil is only using 3 pins (quad), single coils only use 2 pins (pwr and sig)

I have problem with the head coil of a picker 1.5 t mr.
The error appears on mr screen 'tr status error 04'
What is this?

The most likely cause is a Pin Switch failure.
