i have this equipment, when i set cut parameters below of 75 watts only delivers half of the power, but sometimes delivers complete power. I made the calibration process but it didn't change anything. Please Help

which mode did you use ? bipolar or monopolar ?? Is there any alarm ?

You can change 2 capacitors, in duplicator power supply. Sometimes a negative cycle is down.
You can measure a signal in bipolar capacitor. (yellow)
