Help,need configuration string for 128 XP/10 12837

Because of the battery on CVC is died,
so all the storied code string be lost,the system can't boot up now, can anybody help me?
System informations:
Acuson 128 XP/10 ART
SYSCON:23.143
S/N:12837

Contact your local service office. They will provide the last known enable code strings. In the US, it is the Siemens Up-time Center, 800-888-7436. You will need your "site ID" number (I don't know if this is true outside the
US).
Hint: After you get them restored, make a page print of the enable code screen or write them down, and keep them with the system (and maybe a
back-up copy for your files).
