These software is taking less than 1,4 Mbytes easy can be stored from working device and be sent by e-mail. We have several ECG with this problem.

If you'd provide me with your e-mail address I can send you a configuration for 1700 HP Pagewriter. I believe I have versions 3.0 and higher.
Once received, you would need to save it on a 3.5" floppy disk.
To install: insert a configuration disk into a floppy drive, turn on power and follow prompts.
The only problem with the disks I have- there is no Russian Language option available.

I am working in a trusted organization and I have received Pagewriter XLi cardiograph M1700A from USA.
When I just start this machine and enter floppy disk it gives error 6503, I am not quite sure either its floppy issue or something else but the floppy disk is so dusty and even it comes in shipment with other things so I think that floppy disk is useless.
Please help me to resolve this issue and if it requires new configuration software so please provide this software so I will be very thankful to you.

Already discussed in many other threads but:
Get the file here:
www.esmo.com/pagewriter.zip
Unzip the file and there are 2 files contained:
PagewriterXLS.exe
PagewriterXLI.exe
Run the appropriate file on a computer with a floppy disk drive, putting a blank diskette in the drive.
The program will create a bootable HP diskette.
Remove the diskette, put it in your HP and boot it up, and it should solve your problem.
Don't forget to replace the battery in the HP - It is the cause of the error message.

Thanks for your help, I will follow the same procedure.
But the batteries I have checked are three and they are panasonic not hp and it seems to me that they are fine because it shows fully charged sign on the panel.
