That error generally is actived when the fiber optic is not inserted or not inserted properly in the head of the laser...............

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST
HGM GIVES AN ERROR 1 AFTER 30 SECONDS WHEN YOU SWITCH IT ON AND AT THE SAME TIME LAZER IS SEEN AT THE AND OF FIBER OPTIC. UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NOT DO ANY OPERATION. PEDAL CABLE CAME OFF THE SOCKET THAT ON THE MACHINE ,SO WE NEED DRAWING OF SOCKET CONNECTION. DO YOU THINK ERROR 1 CAN BE RESULT OF PEDAL?

I used to rep the HGM product line many years ago. An E-1 error will be caused if the foot pedal is not plugged in to the system. We have a technician that used to work for HGM. If we can be of any help, please let me know.
