HighSpeed NX/i Error: Zero DAS data was detected

Hi guys, I'm having this issue with this system:

Host: TAC Proc: tgp_out Error: 186518
File: tgp_errors.c Line:312
DAS Error.
Code: 30-1010-01
Error detected by: CIF
Zero DAS data was detected.

I've checked the DAS PS and re-adjusted the +12Vdc (from 12.36V to 12.46V) and -12Vdc (from -12.37V to -12.43V), I checked the CIF board Dip Switches (SW2 and SW3) and the internal switches are OFF in both of the Dip Switches.

Is there any other procedure to check if the CIF and the DDP boards are working good?

Does anyone have had this same issue, and want to share the solution with me?
