Hispeed DX/i with error: "HW error: Raw data acquisition error"

Hi everybody
I am repairing a DX/I Hispeed system. Now, I can do warm up sequence, but I can not calibrate or scan patient. When I scan patient, error appears: “HW error: Raw data acquisition Error”, but there is no error in Gantry or console system via leds. I think that system cannot made scanned data or could not transmit scanned data to console. I have checked many board on console and gantry, but I could not find any problem with boards. They are: CAM, DDP, CIF (DAS system), DTRF, signal receiver and transmitter, fiber cables, OGP (Gantry), NPRM, NPRIF, NPRS, DASINFT, Host system, DNPCI, rawdata disk (console). They are ok.
When I do scan offline, system pass error if I choose “X ray: OFF” or “collection data: OFF”, and I cannot do “das transfer test” sequence.
I have checked a good CT, when I remove fiber cable, same error appeared. Now, I cannot fix this error and cannot find this error in service manual. Please help me. Thank you very much.

Nguyen Bac good day I saw what your mistake, now I'm experiencing the same error in a dual cte, you could solve this problem, you could share this experience and as fix it?

One thing left is slipring's data ring. It is at the top of circumference. Check if the data ribg is properly terminated.Check if the slipring is green or blue. If it is green , you can take help through led status of rf receiver to judge receiving signal strength.
