hello friends I am with the following problem when I do an image but it does not appear when I access it directly in RAW this the same. Already swapped the HDS and nothing to solve someone has any suggestion it does not present error logs
perform a DDC scan and plot using scan analysis. Use MSD and the default settings. Can you see the image? If so you have a reconstruction error, if not you have a data acquisition error (no output from gantry). This should help you troubleshoot in the right room.
