System does not exposure
I got this error:
"XG Error phase is 4 code is 60. Detail error code : 60-0319H Exposure error kv unbalanced detected"
Any idea about this problem?
You are getting high voltage arcing. Most likely that your Xray tube is beginning to fail. You can try to clean the tube wells and run a heat soak. That may help. If not, you must replace the tube.

No Sir, this is not an arcing problem
It is not the tube. It does not produce errors like unbalanced. HV Tank does.
Have to replace the Jedi Tank
