Good day! I encountered “OFFSET ERROR” during aircal and actual patient test,. But no error during warm up. The ct scan model is HITACHI W950 SR. Anybody can help me with this problem.. Thanks in advance.
Data overflow & OF 01 Offset error are the most common but most critical error shown by all Hitachi single slice systems. Anyways, Check & clean the signal brushes, check error LED status at TXR2 and TXS2.

Thanks for the reply,.I found out the supply of TXR2 is faulty (5v 5A) thats why all leds of that board is off. Thanks a lot T.S.Bhatia.
