Dear Rafael,
I have a problem with a QDR 1000.
After we pushed F10 in order to start scanning there was the blinking sign of sichronizing but it did not go further.
I got in to survey.exe and I received NO FILTER WEEL PICKOFF.
I start again the software in order to make a scan and this time after the blinking sichronizing I received NO FILTER WEEL PICKOFF DETECTED- check motor.
I checked the motor and it was rotating.
What my be the problem?
Do I have to make the sychronization calibration or to replace part of the Filter Weel Pickoff assembly?

I am getting an error message calibration time out when I try to scan the phantom. Replaced the D/A converter and PMT. Still same message. Any ideas??
