hello, i just relocated a hologic 4500c bone densitometer. upon attempting to initially run the QC scan i get an error message stating there has been a routine csfstream error
sfopen()failed to open file flt721na.flt. does anyone know what the issue is and how to go about adressing it. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
Your calibration files have been corrupted or your detector has gone bad. You can fix the corrupted files easy... Call UMES 941-685-8257 Ricky Rosas I can walk you on how to do this over the phone.
