Hello ! I have a Discovery C with soft Apex 231. It crashes with the PC. I reinstalled win xp ... sp2..bios IRQ 10 .... Apex 3! And receive the following message (could not activate C / C card I / O port Base address for C / C card was). Can someone help me ?
Follow this procedure see if it corrects the issue somehow the PCI setting might be set to False
Problem:
Recovering a System Backup from an ISA ComCon V12.0X based system onto a PCI ComCon V12.1 based system causes the system to fail at the ComCon Download with an error message that reads:
Download Failed â Canât access PCI Card followed by three lines of addressing failures.
Solution:
Reboot the CPU and log on as Admin or Field Service (note: Immediately after pressing the Enter key press and hold down the Shift key for five seconds. This will stop Windows XP from running programs in the Startup folder.)
Edit hologic.ini, change IsCCCardPNP=False to IsCCCardPNP=True.
Reload the HolxRTSS&Permissions from the QDR for Windows XP Operating Software CD.
Reboot and log on as QDR(User), QDR will now boot completely.
Tech Bulletin to follow.
I am not sure about it, but I had one situation when an engineer installed a different SW level and the system was not working until I had the original one.

This is normally a RTX error I believe did you load the rtx software

Try to install the original SW APX 2.3.1.
I am not sure about it, but I had one situation when an engineer installed a different SW level and the system was not working until I had the original one.
It worth to try this first.
