Hello everyone.. i have one Hologic Delphi bone densitometer.. when i try to perform the daily QC the system start scaning the part where no phantom, then goes to the initial posisition an give error, in the CSF Stream, limits exceed.. can anyone assist me how to fix the problem??? thanks for your assistence... you can verify that the xray survey is good,if that is good then youre problem is in the xrc or tank.more then likely the xrc is bad and needs to be replaced.you should have 6.5 volts coming out of the tank when viewing through the xray survey screen.
